Sabitri Brata 2020 Date  - 22nd May 2020 - Friday

Odia Sabitri Brata Puja 2020 is also celebrated in USA by all the Odia married ladies staying in USA.
Here buying Saree is a major concern. So many odia people buy saree from odisha when they visit odisha and bring the saree to USA and use it when sabitri brata Puja comes. Others buy Saree from Amazon USA by paying 3 times the Saree price what we get from odisha. Regarding the Puja samagri the same we do not get all the puja samagri what we can get from odisha. But at least we get some puja samagri from the Indian store in USA. Fruits we buy from local store over here.

Due to Lockdown we could not do the Sabitri Brata Odia Puja in a group. We did it Individually but it was great.
I hope most of the ladies who are not in odisha also celebrated in this way.

Then we do the Puja based on the Rituals. All read Sabitri brata katha book and feel great even staying far away from Home.
