Bhulekh Odisha and Bhunaksha Odisha – How To Use - The Land Record Site Of Odisha

What is Bhulekh Odisha Site:-

This site is the Land Records web Portal of Odisha. Any Land record Odisha we can search through this bhulekh odisha map or bhulekh orissa map site.

Why we use Odisha Bhulekh Site:-

We normally use this site to get the Land ROR records of odisha. (Which is called PATA in odia)

You can search by the Person’s name also in Bhulekh Orissa site.

ROR means Record Of Right

You can download and print Bhulekh Orissa ROR Page from this site.

How to use Bhulekh of Odisha Site:-

Fetch site link - http://bhulekh.ori.nic.in/
Select the District, Tahasil, Village from the drop down. RI Circle ill be filled automatically. Below is the screenshot.
You can search by Khatiyan or Plot. When you are searching by Khatiyan or plot you have to select the Khatiyan option button or plot Option and select the Khatiyan Number or plot Number from the Drop down. Below is the screen shot.
You can search by Tenant which is search by Name. When you are searching by Tenant you have to select the Tenant option button and select the Tenant which is the person name from the Drop down. Below is the screen shot.
Then Click ROR Front Page Button and it will display the ROR front Page. Below is the screenshot.
Then Click the ROR Back page Button and it will display the ROR back page. Below is the screen shot.
You can take print out of the bhulekh odisha ROR Page by clicking the Print Button. Then it will ask to save it in PDF format. You can save in PDF format and then take print out. It is the exact same like PATTA. This is also the bhulekh orissa land record.

We normally use Odisha Bhunaksha site to get a naksha type of view of our Land record. We can figure out where our plot is exactly located in the naksha.

How to use Bhunaksha Odisha Site:-

Fetch Site link - http://bhunakshaodisha.nic.in/
Select the District and Click Submit. Below is the screen shot.
Then it will open a page in New tab. Select the District, Tehsil, RI (Remember the RI from the Bhulekh Site which was auto filled), Village. Below is the screen shot.
Get the plot number from the ROR Back page what you have downloaded from Bhulekh site.
Search manually by clicking the plot number or enter the plot number in the search field present in the Top left corner and then press enter. Then the Plot number will be found and selected. It will also display the person’s name. Below is the screen shot.
You can save the Naksha by doing right click and save image on the naksha.
